Mayhave (“Mayhave,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) builds AI automation systems, agents, and workflows for service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through mayhave.com and in the course of delivering our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Site visitors. When you browse mayhave.com, book a call, or submit your email, we may collect:
- Contact details you provide, such as your name and email address, when scheduling a call or subscribing for updates.
- Scheduling information passed through our booking provider, Calendly.
- Basic usage data (pages visited, device and browser type, referral source) collected automatically.
Clients. When you engage Mayhave to build or manage automations, we may access business data stored in the tools you connect to us, such as your CRM, calendar, email, or messaging platforms, solely to design, build, test, and support the systems you’ve asked us to deliver.
2. How We Use Information
- Respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls.
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain the automations and agents you’ve engaged us for.
- Send occasional product or service updates, which you can opt out of at any time.
- Monitor and improve the reliability of the systems we manage for you.
- Meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.
3. Third-Party Services & Integrations
Our services connect to and rely on third-party platforms, including scheduling (Calendly), AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic), and business tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Notion, n8n, Stripe, Shopify, Airtable, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Mailchimp, Twilio, GitHub, Pipedrive, Zapier, and Go High Level. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy and terms. We only connect to the tools you authorize, and only for the purpose of delivering the automation you’ve engaged us to build.
4. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information we handle, including restricting access to client systems to the team members actively working on your build. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain contact and engagement information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our business records, and comply with legal obligations. Client business data accessed through connected tools remains in those tools and is retained according to your own settings and policies, not ours.
6. Your Rights & Choices
