Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of mayhave.com and any AI automation, agent, consulting, or support services provided by Mayhave (“Mayhave,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a call, engaging our services, or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

Mayhave designs, builds, deploys, and supports AI automations and agents for service businesses. Depending on the engagement you choose, this may include:

2. Scoping & Engagement

Work begins with a discovery call, after which we provide a scope, price, and timeline specific to your business. Custom Development engagements are quoted and scoped per project. Nothing in these Terms obligates Mayhave to begin work before scope and fees have been agreed in writing (including by email).

3. Client Responsibilities

To deliver our services, we may need access to your business systems, such as your CRM, calendar, email, or messaging platforms. You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access and approvals, and for making sure you’re authorized to grant us access to any third-party tool or account you connect.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees are as set out in your proposal or invoice. Retainer and subscription-style engagements (such as Managed Platform) renew and are billed on the cadence agreed at signup unless cancelled in accordance with the notice period in your agreement. Project-based engagements are billed per the milestones in your scope.

5. Intellectual Property

You own your business data and the outputs of the automations we build specifically for you. Mayhave retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, and know-how, and grants you a license to use anything built into your automation for as long as your engagement remains active, unless your agreement says otherwise.

6. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Our automations rely on third-party platforms, including AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic), scheduling (Calendly), and business tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Notion, n8n, Stripe, Shopify, Airtable, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Mailchimp, Twilio, GitHub, Pipedrive, Zapier, and Go High Level. You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts and complying with those providers’ terms. Mayhave is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by third-party providers.

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other’s non-public business information confidential, and to use it only to perform under these Terms, both during the engagement and after it ends.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

We build and support your automations with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as revenue, lead volume, or time saved), since these depend on factors outside our control. Except as expressly stated in your agreement, our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mayhave will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months prior.

10. Term & Termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use mayhave.com or remain engaged with us. Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement per the notice period stated in your agreement. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including confidentiality and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mayhave operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of our site or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
